It’s located in a private residence with a digital keypad entry system, a well-landscaped green space with trees, a pool, and lounge chairs, Shops, marina, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, medical center, tennis, windsurfing, and archery nearby, plus public transportation right outside the Résidence Marina.

It features a beautiful bedroom with a thick, comfortable, high-end 1m60 mattress; on each side of the bed is a nightstand with a reading lamp and an iPhone charger; a mezzanine with a 1.40-meter bed for a young child, a work area with a computer stand, and a printer and other office supplies to help you out if needed. A wall-mounted stand for wireless iPhone charging.
A collection of 10 general-interest books, high-speed Wi-Fi, a stereo system with CD player, a Bluetooth speaker shaped like an opaque white rabbit with a remote control to choose the light color of your choice, including an USB port (a USB drive with a playlist is available for you to leave on-site).
