-All person's 25+ (children with parents are allowed but do count towards the number of guests regardless of age)
-Please make sure to check your stuff and make sure you have everything prior to leaving. If anything is left at our property we will be happy to send it back for an additional fee.

The house was exactly as advertised, the area it is located in is great, close to restaurants, stores and easy access to the highway! We enjoyed our stay!!

This little cottage was perfect for my trip to Nashua. It is located in a very safe and quaint neighborhood. Since I arrived during peak foliage, the neighborhood was just beautiful. The home was well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Communications with the host and property manager was appreciated. They answered all my questions prior to arriving and were in contact during my stay to make sure everything was in order. If you enjoy walking, the downtown area is only about a 20 minute away. I would definitely stay here again.
