The space
Our home is very well located in Encantada Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find business center, sauna, fitness center, game room, bank, tennis court, heated pool overlooking the lake and a specialized care service during your vacation, kids playground and much more.
☆ Ground Floor
-> The home has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need, includes: refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster, etc.
-> Resort facilities including pools and slides.
-> The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and 2 charis to relax and enjoy the 43 inch SMART TV. This area opens to private pool area with 4 seats table. There are also a half bathroom on first floor.
-> Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked and slate kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
-> Sleeps up to 8 guests.

- Master Suite - King size bed, TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower
room.
- Queen Bedroom - Queen size bed, TV.
- Bunkbed Bedroom Twins - Twin over Full and one trundle twin bed, TV
Check in 4 p.m | Check out 10 a.m
Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your needs.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide only an initial starter pack to help you on your first night that includes. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries.
Pool heater *fee $35.00/day min. 3 days (for 2 days stay is $75.00) + tax.

BBQ Fee $85.00 - include 1(one) full propane tank.

We have stayed at the resort for many years now. We love Encantada however we were very dissatisfied with the lack of responsiveness of the host. I messaged numerous times prior to arrival and did not hear back. The place was clean however the furniture was very subpar. The chairs were missing screws and the poofs that we were to use as additional seating were awful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and the improvements that had been made so far regarding appliances were also good. Overall, I would not rate this experience as one of our best.
