The beach is one of the best in the Dominican Republic surpassed only by Cap Cana.The check in process, concierge service and communication were not good I have stayed at many VRBO’s with excellent owners and hosts, this was not one of them.The condo is located at the back of the property, the view and pool area was not as advertised.The front of the pool, garden and beachfront area was excellent.

The place was beautiful all the way in the far back from the beach. Ac was great. Wifi only worked when you were in the condo. Condo was very comfortable for my family and I. We were close to all the stores and restaurants. Definitely will be back and stay longer.

Property grounds were beautiful. Location of the condo at the back of the property doesn't allow for a beach or water view. Had some issues with the condo but the property manager (Thomas) rectified them immediately. Can't say enough about how fantastic he was. We will definitely be back!

Did not receive checkin instructions until 2 hoursbefore. When we arrived, there was stinky water on the floor filling the kitchen. When contacted, I took photos and sent it to them thru VRBO. But I cleaned the mess up as it upset my wife andson. I asked for to be moved or for a discount/partial refund. I did not receive a refund, move, or apology. Otherwise the apartment, location and value was great.
