Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home that is full of charm and located in the town of Dardanelle. Close to Mountains, Arkansas Tech and Arkansas Nuclear One. The kitchen has granite countertops and new refrigerator. One bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. This home has two smart TV's and Wifi. There is a firepit and backyard deck for relaxing while grilling. There is also a work area with a desk.

This house was perfect for my mother's stay while her home was being remodeled. The location was great and the owner Michael was a pleasure to work with. I had to extend her stay two times and he was very easy to reach and work with. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for short or long term stay.

We rented this adorable little house while my kids were playing in state tournaments in Dardanelle and Russellville. Perfect for popping in to cool off between games and central to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
