Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that boasts a laundry room, full gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, and work station. Relax and take in the stunning city views from the rooftop terrace, where you can cook up a delicious meal on the 2 burner professional grill and cozy up next to the gas fire pit. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including cookware, plates, utensils, and basic pantry items like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee pods for Keurig/Nespresso machines, whole coffee beans, and tea. Note there is free *street* parking for cars (driveway parking is NOT available). Building and apartment access is keyless with a digital code that is different for every guest.
JC Heights is a closely knit, ethnically diverse and bustling neighborhood. Nearby Riverview and Washington Parks are the heart of outdoor life for our neighborhood with skyline views, green spaces for picnics and walks, dog parks, playgrounds, playing fields and splash pads. If we are lucky enough to host you between May and November, you can enjoy the bounties of the Riverview Farmer’s Market every Sunday and other seasonal fairs.
