Modern and spotlessly clean. Had all the amenities we needed. When the electricity was not working in the kitchen when we arrived, host responded immediately, and had it fixed less than 20 minutes after we called.

2 bars/ restaurants within a mile and a store thatbhas everything less then a mile away lakes and recreation near by. People that owner property were amazing and helpful

The host(s) were very responsive and organized. Check in was easy. Kitchen was ok. WiFi was good. The property was ok, not spectacular or amazing. Just ok. It really needs some work in the decor and bed linens area. But I suppose given the area, this is kind of what you get?! I'm unsure if there are even any "great" places in VRBO to rent at all?!? The pillows were terrible - the bed needs some better ones. Our bed pillows were very hard. They need feather/down pillows. The "bed experience" is nearly the most important, so the host needs to really make that experience great! We stayed in the "Bob Dylan" bedroom, lol. Don't worry about that kind of decor. Worry about the sheets/pillows/comforter/etc.! No, we would not rent this one again.
