Each home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, sleeping 8 guests per house (16 total) with access to private HEATED saltwater plunge pools (upon request) and inviting outdoor patios.
Located just 2 blocks from the beach and a short stroll to Folly's top spots like Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy, Rita's, and Bert's Market, this location can't be beat. You're also near the newly renovated Folly Beach Pier – perfect for sunset strolls or fishing.

Every girl on the trip wanted to make sure I left this property a glowing review because it exceeded all of our expectations! They have everything you could need. Check in and check out was effortless which is always appreciated. The location is amazing and although it may seem like it is in a busy area- it is private and walkable to everything you could need.

The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach and local spots. The neighboring units (same property group, I believe) were very close and loud into the night. The pools were not heated and several aspects of the house were mid… not that comfortable beds, lousy pillows, lack of mirrors in rooms that otherwise rely on a shared bathroom, and oddly placed toilet paper holders that weren’t very functional. I don’t recall if the listing warned of long staircase to access house, but beware if you have guests with limited mobility, elderly guests or heavy luggage.

Twelve of us stayed at two homes next to each other to celebrate a 50th birthday. The homes were both very clean, fully stocked and located in convenient location to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We enjoyed being outside by the pool in the evening. We also loved having Bert's Market right around the corner. It is open 24 hours and has virtually anything you need. We also ordered amazing tacos from Taco Boy, located directly across the street. Rita's & Loggerhead's were fun and within walking distance and it was a short walk to watch the sunrise on the beach. We will definitely be back!
