This is a beautiful 2bd/1ba home built in the 1950s. It was fully renovated this year and offers the perfect cozy getaway with a fenced in back yard, family fun games, a shaded seating area, and a fire pit.
You are minutes away from I-75, 301, and 41, 5 mins away from restaurants, grocery stores, and local beach/boat lift access. You can reach Tampa and Ybor in 20mins, and you are 45 mins away from the larger beaches like St. Pete, Clearwater, FT. Desoto (dog friendly), and Anna Maria.
There is a washer and dryer available for use but please bring your own detergent.
Please bring your own toiletries.

Katherine was a very helpful & responsive host. The property was a bit smaller than it seemed in the listing pictures, and more worn. The house was clean and basically comfortable, all the necessities were provided. However, the AC unit was very loud, may need the drain cleaned as it sounded like bongos were being played, we had to shut it off to sleep at night. The living room rug & sofa needs a deep clean or replacement, as it shows wear on the rug & after the first day, the sofa smelled like animals had been sleeping on it….. We would have liked a designated eating area, as the only surface to have meals at was the coffee table.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one needed to prepare meals-easy to locate all items. The bungalow was very clean and uncluttered- and renovated nicely. We liked that the yard was completely fenced in so our dog could get some exercise and we didn’t worry about him getting out and chasing a neighborhood cat. There are solar powered string lights in the yard which was a nice touch.It was easy to communicate with our host and the location worked well for traveling to visit with friends. If we come back to the area we will look to book again.
