Unit 4 is located on the second floor of this newly remodeled 1905 home that has been divided into 4 separate units. This quaint studio style option is equipped with 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 bathroom with original exposed brick + original wood work! Perfect for a quick getaway. You can enjoy a short walk to WKU Campus, downtown BG, or a short drive to everything BG has to offer. Need recommendations? JUST ASK

This space is an adorable studio style. You walk into a charming view of the original fire place, comfy reading chair and a queen bed. Walk further into the space and you will walk into the kitchen with a full dining table and all the essentials you will need.
Guest access
You will have access to your entire unit plus the common areas, including the balcony!
Other things to note
This is a unique space, it is a historical home. There is still some charm and features for anyone that loves old mixed with new will love to see! Something else to note is there are 2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs, you access your own space by walking in the common areas, so you may meet another guests!

Visited our daughter who’s attending WKU. Thoroughly delighted with this studio in an historic neighborhood of Bowling Green. And the beautifully restored historic building was a real find. Everything was as advertised. Super attentive host. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.
