Modern & Walkable South Palm Springs Condo

I stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal—right across from shops and restaurants. The condo is clean, uncluttered, and stocked with all the basics. I loved the huge pool and lovely garden area, and the bed was super comfy. Hector and Melanie were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend for a relaxed stay in Palm Springs!

Economical, well stocked apartment. Needs some refreshing, but certainly fine. Beautiful comon area outside patio. Would visit again

It's a ground unit but the walls are very thick. As the neighbor upstairs walked the ceiling squeaked but I never heard talking, televisions or loud music. The sheer curtains at the sliding doors that open to an open patio that faced a walkway was a bit disconcerting but I made sure I never did anything in the living area or kitchen at night that I did not want anyone to see. The parking is unsecured and my car was burglarized but it was my fault for forgetting to lock my car one night as I was going in and out. Check in was easy, and all of the kitchen conveniences that one would want were provided. So were digital laundry cards for the W/D. The air conditioner compressors for the nearby units are outside the bedroom window, but as it got cooler people did not use air as much so it got quieter. I was grateful to get this one for two months as I was house hunting. Conveniently across the street from a shopping center, my mailbox rental, grocery store, restaurants, etc. so very walkable.
