I would make sure there was back up lighting, example: pop lights or flash lights. We lost power for several hours, no moon, it was extremely dark. We did have our phones to use as backup, but again no way to charg them.

The house is in the perfect location. The lake is so clear and the home has every comfort you could want. Loved having a fire and enjoying the view. Our host went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best at communicating all the details of our reservation and also the area with things to do. She also went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable by putting in an additional ac unit knowing it was going to be extra hot temperatures during our stay. If you are in Crystal this is the place to stay.

We spent a long weekend here last year and loved it so much we booked again! The home is exactly as listed and met all of our needs. There was even some nice updates made to the rental since last year! It was extremely easy to get into contact with the host. She even stopped by to say hello and drop off some sweets. We love the place and hope to stay again!
