About this house rental
Place is located in Yonge and king road in Richmond hill. Upscale area of the city : 3 min walk to bus stop, 2 min drive to “Go Transit Gormley Depot “ with 30 min ride to downtown Toronto. 5 min drive to Major Hyw 404 with easy access to all part of the city. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the house and all 4 have one queen beds inside them. All 4 bedrooms are available; however inside one of the bedrooms, there is a small closet that is currently locked (used to store some towels/cleaning supplies, etc.). There is also a Sofabed on the ground floor of the house (approximate size of a king bed; please refer to the photos).

-Spacious very clean 2-Storey 4 bdr House (2,500 Sq. ft.)
-Apt is in upper Richmond Hill right in front of a trail that can be viewed from the 2nd floor bedroom; walking distance to Wilcox Lake

-Oven, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Dryer, and Washing Machine included
-High speed internet is included as a complementary service
-Non-Smoking House! No pets allowed
-Quite Upscale Neighborhood Right in front of a Beautiful Trail.
-Walking distance to Wilcox Lake (Sunset Beach). Nice trail in front of the house.

-Two at the front main entrance monitoring the area in front of this main entrance
-One at the top right corner of the garage door monitoring the property driveway

Need to put tv. dreser and mirrors in bedrooms other than that we enjoyed our stay

The most impressive thing about this home is the host!! He was communicative and very friendly. It always helps to trust your host :-) I booked this based on the previous review and thought I would share a little more detail for anyone else interested. The home is as described-the ground and 2nd story. There is a gentleman who resides in the lower level-he has separate entrances and comes and goes very quietly.
The 4 bedrooms are all upstairs. I’m not sure if they mattresses the previous review mentioned were replaced as the host stated, but we did need to stack the 2 thin mattresses together on 1 bed to make it suitable for sleeping. It was fine for us as we only needed 3 beds.
Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this house :-)

Great location in the suburb, does require a car.
Spacious place, lots of natural light. Did require blackout curtains, in the bedrooms which were provided once requested.
2 bedrooms had good beds. The other two we did not use but require deeper mattresses to avoid feeling the boxspring beneath.
We requested a larger pot and a bread knife which were immediately provided.
Kitchen does require more dishes [ a set for 4 already there] and utensils generally.
A proper dining table set would be nice, instead of the narrow raised bar table and stools.. We used the wooden table and moved it into the kitchen area.
The owner is willing to accommodate any reasonable requests.
