We fell in love with this place the moment we bought our apartment in this fabulous residence.
The Athéna Residence is located in BANDOL, on Chemin des Graviers, in a lush, paradisiacal, and idyllic setting—come relax and enjoy our beautiful Var coastline.
You’ll discover a 37 m² apartment, completely renovated with high-end finishes, air-conditioned, on the third and top floor, with views of the sea and a pine forest where the song of the cicadas will lull you to sleep. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a Rapido sofa bed providing two full sleeping spots, and a fifth sleeping spot with an extra bed if needed.
The residence, with a security guard at the entrance, features a large parking lot, a beautiful garden, and a private beach with a volleyball court, where you can rent paddleboards, a massive ocean-view pool shaded by pine trees, a children’s pool, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, a marina, and a restaurant,
. You can also explore the surrounding areas, including SAINT CYR SUR MUR, SANARY-SUR-MER, CASSIS, PORQUEROLLES, MARSEILLE, AIX-EN-PROVENCE, and many other places our beautiful region has to offer.
