Ferienhaus in Grüner Lage, Nähe Therme

Are you looking for a place to stay in Sveti Martin Na Muri that serves as the perfect starting point for countless excursions—whether by car, bike, or motorcycle? Do you want to come home to a fresh, cozy place? Take a shower or a bath, then head to the couch or the terrace to simply enjoy your free time? With a good book and a glass of wine to go with it? Then you’ve come to the right place. We offer you a cozy vacation home, equipped with everything you need to live comfortably and enjoy your stay, right near the Sveti Martin Thermal Spa, countless vineyards, and bike paths. Spend your active vacation with us! We’d like to briefly introduce ourselves as your hosts. We’re Mirjana and Franjo, between 50 and 60 years old, and at the beginning of 2023, we decided to modernize and renovate my (Mirjana’s) vacant family home a bit. It shouldn’t stand empty any longer—that would be such a shame. No sooner said than done, and the result was the Slamek Vacation Home, a perfect spot for active vacations in our beautiful green surroundings.
Our daughter Ivana lives next door with her family; she’ll welcome you and be there to assist you with any matter or question you may have. Our family also includes another daughter, Natalija, and her family; she, too, helps out whenever and wherever needed, and you’ll surely get to know her as well.
Ivana also has a dog, a cat, and a few chickens—and even chicks once a year. 🤗 Maybe you’d like to feed them sometime? 😃
We hope you have a great time with us and our family, and we look forward to seeing you! Mirjana and Franjo with family 🌸
