About this house rental

Location, location, location! Historic 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, sleeps 8 in the professor's college hill neighborhood. Steps to Oregon State campus, restaurants and shopping. No need to rent a car, walk to sporting events and other activities on campus and in downtown Corvallis. Large traditional home with updates that include an outdoor kitchen and living space with gas fireplace for cozy entertaining. Finished basement with lounging area to watch sports and relax in the inviting family room.

Our favorite part about this house was the nice patio out back- apple and pear trees and a nice conversation area with plenty of seating. I can imagine it even lovelier in the fall/winter with the fireplaces going. The beds and pillows are comfortable with plenty of linens provided. There's a good selection of shampoo, soap, body wash in the bathrooms. There are some spices and cookware, plenty of dishes. Overall it's well-appointed with most needs met. The upstairs especially was hot, even at night. However, it was unseasonably hot during the week we were there, and we knew there would be no AC. A quick drive to the coast cooled us off. The neighborhood felt safe and I would recommend this home for family, friends, or a girls' trip.
