When we first booked property, the listing had a picture of two kings and double bunk bed with twin trundle but then after we booked we read more detail on the property and it said there was one king, one queen and one double bunk with twin trundle so I contacted the host to clarify which was correct and they said it has one king and one queen with double bunk beds and twin trundle. I went ahead and kept the booking even though we wanted two kings. When we got to the house it was actually two kings and double bunk with twin trundle. The host had told me incorrect bed size information. Other than that mix up, everything in the house was as expected. Beautiful, roomy and comfortable. Great place to hang out. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big table to eat and gather to play cards. Internet was out for the last two days. We called customer service but no one came out to fix it. It still was not working when we checked out.

We would definitely stay at this property again. Beautiful, new, and clean home. Plenty of room for everyone! Our granddaughter loved the kids room and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw toys left out for the little ones. Having the covered pool for the grand-babies was perfect! The babies could swim without worrying about sunblock. Sea Turtle Vacation Rental and owners were very accommodating. The ice maker was not making ice. They immediately sent over a bag of ice and the next day installed a countertop ice maker. We appreciated their thoughtfulness. Hope to visit this home again!

Everything about this property was perfect, with a few minor exceptions. Beautiful new home, quiet and clean property. Had everything we needed. Pool was perfect, albeit a little chilly for me. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Ice machine was not working (unless I just couldn’t figure out how to make it work). There were cockroaches in the trash when we got there, but I didn’t see them anywhere else or again. The only other complaint I have is with a particular neighbor. Don’t know her name, but we will call her Karen… She was going around taking pictures of peoples cars, and once when I was outside, she yelled at me and told me I could never rent the property again. When I tried to ask her what she was referring to, she ran back in her house and shut the door. I am a rule follower, so I was honestly curious what I did wrong. Somebody else was checking in across the street and said that she did the same thing to him. So just beware of the Karen! Besides all that, we would probably rent this property again.
