About this house rental
A Grand Retreat: Welcome to our stunning, newly constructed lakeside home located in the gorgeous, gated community of South Shore, just a short (1/4 mile) distance from grocery, liquor, and hardware stores. Our modern-style home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The master bedroom and bath are located on the lower level, offering added privacy and convenience. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are on the second level with the back bedroom featuring a TV/ Game area and game table for the kids!
Our open kitchen to living floor plan is perfect for entertaining and the gas fireplace adds a cozy touch on chilly nights. Step outside onto one of our two levels of porches and enjoy the outdoor gas firepit or take a dip in the hot tub. From the second level porch, you'll have a nice view of the lake.
Ride the electric tram down to the community dock making it easy to enjoy a day out on the water. There are 3 boat docks available for guest to park their boats on the outside of docks, the covered boat slips are owned and occupied by homeowners and not available for guests. We also have a community swimming pool for a refreshing dip on hot summer days.
For those who love fishing, try your luck on the lake from our docks or fish with the kids in our community fishing ponds with connecting flowing streams and waterfalls. And for a spectacular view, head to the top of the 3-story community lighthouse for a stunning 180 degree view overlooking the main lake.
When it comes to dining out, you'll have plenty of options with five restaurants within 3 miles of our home.
