Duplex apartment (R+1 & R-1) located in a chalet of 4 fully renovated apartments.
Beautiful volumes, quality materials, contemporary and warm. Fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.
Perfect pied-à-terre in both summer and winter - you will enjoy the garden in summer.
Ideally located to enjoy Megève on foot (550m from the Church, slopes and hikes by the Chamois gondola / 600m from the Palais des sports).

- a living room with a fireplace and TV,
- an exterior with a terrace overlooking the street,
- an open kitchen equipped (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cellar)
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, double sink and separate toilet)
- a guest toilet
On the first floor:
- access to the private garden with outdoor table and chairs for meals in summer
At R-1:
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its en-suite bathroom (shower, single sink and toilet)

Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities in the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking... and the Palais des Sports 600 meters away.
