About this house rental
Plant-filled ground floor apartment with patio, conveniently located in the heart of Fairmount/Art-Museum area. The entire building was completely renovated a few years ago
The space
Access by digital code locks. Living room in front with natural light tv, couch, love seat, and fold-down desk workspace. Full-sized galley kitchen with stainless appliances (including French door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, and garbage disposal). Butcher block countertops and bar seating.
Full bathroom with shower and fan heater.
Bedroom in rear with queen mattress. Private rear patio with custom-built cushioned bench, wood swing, and pull-up bar.
Additional sleeping space would be the couch and/or a provided aero bed, located in bedroom closet upper shelf.
Guest access
Full access to all rooms/closets on the 1st floor. Access to the washer/dryer.

Apt is a block or two from all of the cafe's/bars/shops throughout Fairmount. Walking distance to:
- Schuykill River Trail/Fairmount Park (5 mins)
- Art Museum/Ben Franklin Parkway (5 mins)

The host was VERY RESPONSIVE, location great, close to everything, love all of the shelving--the fenced in back area was perfect off of the Bedroom, definitely our go to Philly retreat!
