Welcome to B786 Thang Long Branch, just minutes from Tan Son Nhat Airport with easy city access. This newly furnished studio features a comfortable bed, private bathroom, essential amenities, and a balcony for fresh air and relaxation. Pets are welcome with prior notice. As part of an active neighborhood, normal daytime sounds may be present. Due to the outdoor environment, occasional small insects may appear despite regular cleaning.
Our Property: The room is located in a modern 3-story building. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed with ultra-soft microfiber linens, a private bathroom with hot shower, refrigerator, spacious work desk, and an additional sofa for extra comfort.
• Basic kitchenette equipped with essential utensils (microwave, simple cookware, plates and spoons). Suitable for light cooking only.
• Private balcony with natural light and relaxing atmosphere
• High-speed WiFi and work desk, ideal for laptop use

Pets are welcome with prior notice. We kindly ask owners to ensure pets are well-behaved and minimize noise. Any damage, strong odors, or excessive cleaning required may incur an additional cleaning fee.
