A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Early check-ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, residence was clean, and we had all we needed. Location within a 5 minute walk of McCormick West was perfect for us. We appreciated the comfortable living room and lovely large windows.

This was a nice apartment and very convenient to the convention center. The coffee/tea options were very nice. I rated 3 stars because there were several inconveniences. First and mainly, the 1500 deposit that was taken out months before arrival Is very excessive. I was expecting it to be taken out maybe a week before arriving? That is a large amount of money to be tied up in this rental! There is no storage in either of the bedrooms to unpack or even to place your luggage on. We had to use the floor which is not ideal. Also had to ask the desk for hangers. The plumbing in the bathroom was very loose in the showers. Kitchen didn’t have any towels, we used bathroom towels. Also didn’t have a baking pan available for warming up food. Besides these small things it was a very nice visit, the apartment is cozy and modern, the exercise room was well stocked with equipment and location is extremely convenient to the convention center.
