About this house rental
This peaceful home offers a relaxing getaway for the whole family.
Warm, comfortable, and spacious, our house is ideally located: 5 minutes from the Étang de la Glacière, 10 minutes from the Dax spa town, 35 minutes from the Landes coast (Hossegor, Capbreton, Seignosse...), 1 hour from the Basque Country and the Spanish border.
The Accommodation
Our house is located in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul. Perfect for 10 people, the house features 4 bedrooms, a private pool open from May to November, a garden with two terraces, and Wi-Fi.
With a total area of 160 m², the house features, on the first floor, a large 100 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks; a double bedroom; and a bedroom with a sofa bed that can accommodate a travel crib, for example (we can lend you one if needed). Separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, and a master suite with a 160-sized bed, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet.
Outside, you can enjoy the large terrace and the private 10m x 5m pool. A barbecue is also available for guests, as well as a ping-pong table.
We also provide our guests with the essentials to get your stay off to a good start, including: toilet paper, 1 ball of laundry detergent, cleaning supplies,
1 trash bag, and a few coffee pods... Sheets and towels are also included.
Spacious and quiet, this house is perfect for relaxation.

Four parking spaces available. No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed, except in exceptional cases upon prior request.
