Looking for that perfect vacation rental for your large family or group? Looking for an amazing outdoor space and to walk to the beach? Looking for gorgeous home that is close to everything, whether it's Cape Cod or Boston? Welcome to the Sandy Clydesdale in Sandwich, Massachusetts on Sagamore Beach! This property was featured on the Emmy Award winning show Staycation!
On a private dead end street with a beach path just across, you'll have amazing views of this JUST renovated beach house, perfectly designed for large groups with plenty of room to spread out. By taking a set of stairs to the front door, (this home is raised and has sweeping views of the beach and marsh from every window and porch - you'll find that no detail has been overlooked, especially the kitchen!
Sandy Clydesdale comes complete with double ovens, large fridge, dishwasher, and is fully stocked equipment and utensils to accommodate preparing a big meal for a big group. With a huge island plenty of prep space and offering even more seating, this home is well-suited to a traditional New England clambake, Lobster-fest or hire a personal chef (we can assist) and enjoy a fine dining experience. There is a wetbar area for additional entertaining in the living room, complete with a large smartTV and plenty of games and stuff for the kids.
Perfect balance of luxurious modern and traditional cape house charm, this house has 3 private bedrooms and a bunk room that all have flat screen smart TVs on the wall. It sleeps 12 people comfortably in beds, with room for 14 with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll also have a full wet-bar, complete with an icemaker and plenty of bar glasses. Happy hour anyone? There are plenty of games and things to do within the closet of the living room to bring the family together on the gigantic L-shaped sectional.
Open up the patio door to the grill area and a set of stairs to take you to the roof deck with even more amazing views, lounge chairs, and patio furniture, you can hear the ocean and all the beautiful marsh birds. We've even had guests "work from home" up here. Outdoor shower to be installed by Summer 2024!

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing. The house is perfect with ample space, wonderful views and an amazing rooftop deck. Jim was excellent with communication prior to our stay, even letting us come visit the associated private beach prior to date. I would 100% come back and recommend this beautiful cape home to anyone interested!

Our family has been renting vacation homes for over 15 years to meet up together. We span three generations with have elderly parents to teenagers and young kids. Our rental home on Sagamore Beach was the best we've ever rented. We had good, clear, prompt communication from the rental company. The property was not only without any issue or complaint, but immaculate and outstanding.
The home was gorgeous inside and out. 100% clean. Wonderfully stocked with linens, paper products,l and soaps. The kitchen has sharp knives and was stocked they way your personal kitchen would be stocked, not just with leftover cheap tools. Perfect coffee pot, an abundance of reusable and disposable plates, pots and pans. Heck, you could make a full Thanksgiving meal there easily.
Huge table for everyone to dine together at. Loads of comfort seating int he living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and top of the line. The rooftop deck is a dream for sun rise and sun sets. Plus you're across the lane from the beach and an easy ride into town.
Everyone in the family was very impressed and expressed a desire to come back again. Thank you for making our vacation stay the very best.
