Overall, the house was a great stay for our large family reunion. Very spacious with plenty of amenities such as a pool, theater room, and tennis court for play. The only issue we had was with the quality of the amenities. Many of parts of the house were broken or faulty, lots of creaking and concerning noises from fans and doors. Multiple toilets broke down and were out of use. The hot water was unreliable, and we didn’t have hot water the entire first day. There’s also quite a lot of bugs that get in the house, partially due to many of the doors not closing/locking properly. There was even a mouse in the house!!! All in all, we are very grateful and happy with our stay but we do think a few things can definitely be fixed. Thank you!
