Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on your indoor/outdoor deck and open concept living space. Sip your Nespresso café or your favorite beverage on the deck while watching dolphins swim in the waves. Prepare meals in your brand new chef's kitchen or walk across the street to the local coffee shops and neighborhood restaurants for a bite to eat.
This is a modern 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo. The primary bedroom has a Cal King bed (new mattress) and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one twin bed that can be converted to two twin beds, The second bathroom has a contemporary vibe with a shower/bathtub combo. There is a dedicated workspace with business high-speed internet if you work from home, a romantic electric fireplace in the living room, two wall-mounted Smart TVs, an in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC/Heat control for maximum comfort. The blackout shades are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
One complimentary parking pass is provided for street parking for one car. Beach lounge chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys, and a yoga mat are included for lots of beach fun! You can rent bikes/E-bikes for a day or for long term at Hermosa Cyclery rentals at the Hermosa pier. Bike parking and a bike charging station is in the back of the condo, where you can lock up your bikes in a secure area.
Just steps to the beach, volleyball courts, bike-riding, roller skating, surfing, ocean swimming, kayaking, SUP, sailing at the King Harbor Marina, and sunshine! Local seafood & steak restaurants, burger joints, coffee shops, Pizza and Acai Bowl eateries, bars with live music make this location unmatched to anywhere else!

We rented this beachfront condo to celebrate my 55th birthday and my son's 12th birthday and let me tell you, our experience could not have been more perfect! The location is dynamite, right on a quiet part of the beach with plenty of food options, walking, biking and beach opportunities available. We actually ended up staying at the condo more than going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful to just watch the sunsets. Also, Molly is THE BEST HOST EVER! I mean that....she was amazing, communicative, friendly, and ALWAYS availabe for any questions we have (and very tolerant of our sometimes stupid questions). I cannot recommend this place more highly, and we will definitely be back. When I say that our stay was 100% perfection, I mean it. The condo was impeccably laid out, stocked with everything we needed, clean, stylish and comfortable. We could not be happier.

My husband and I had the most sensational time staying on The Strand, steps from the sand at Molly and Neil’s Strandcastle. Clean, bright and cozy with beach vibes throughout, they did not miss a beat on stocking their beach house up with all the goodies needed for an exceptional beach-lover’s paradise! Thank you to our kind hosts! We’ll be back soon!

We instantly felt at home when we arrived. Super comfortable and clean unit. Virtually everything we could need was provided for us. Easy check in and ample street parking. We loved being right on the Strand. It’s a short walk to many restaurants. Molly was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation!
