About this cottage rental
Cozy, vintage, boho-inspired, 4-season cottage in the heart of Muskoka with a beautiful river-front view and dock to watch the sunset. Only 2 hours from the GTA. 1+3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 including the sun-filled bunkie. Large, private backyard perfect for barbecuing and lounging.
Includes 1 bedroom on the main floor and 3 additional sleeping spaces (2 on the lower floor) including an outdoor bunkie. Large recently renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar. Cozy living room with a propane fireplace on the main floor and a TV and games room on the lower floor. Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Large backyard with a patio and enclosed fire pit. Beautiful river-front view with a dock surrounding by trees.
Guest access
Includes access to all spaces except 1 utility room and 1 storage room on the lower floor which will be locked.
Other things to note
House Rules:
1. No smoking indoors. Please remove your shoes while inside.
2. Guests are to wash all dishes and put them away before checking out, garbage is also to be dropped off at the private garbage bins when leaving.
3. We operate on a septic system so please do not place harsh chemicals or grease down the sink. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
4. We provide bed linens, duvets with duvet covers, pillows with pillow cases, and throw blankets. Please bring your own towels (not provided) and you may bring your own linens if you prefer.
5. If you are bringing a pet, you are responsible for cleaning any animal waste on the property.
6. No parties. No overnight guests that are not part of the original booking unless permission given by host in advance.

My friends and I stayed at Robert’s place over a weekend. We had a great time and lots of memories were shared & created. Our trip was nothing but smooth and convenient. If a small issue arose, Robert was extremely quick at replying to our messages! Thanks Robert! :)

Clean, large property in Bracebridge. Close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a getaway with family and friends. One thing to note-The dock does not have a ladder to climb out of the water once you’ve jumped in- but other than that, it was great all around.
