Salt Pond --- 314 Walkabout Rd

Good spacious house with nice layout. Decent driving, only 8 minutes from the beach. Good for family with small children. Liked the back yard and screened in porch, too. Had Netflix and roku available. Nice piano that the family enjoyed playing as well.

The house was not cleaned before we arrived and I notified Vacasa of the state of the house. They promptly sent a cleaning crew over and when we got back from our dinner out the house was nice and clean with fresh bedding and towels. We also needed more trash bags than provided.

It was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with kitchen materials. Very close to lots of places.

We had 7 people but there was only 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 1 roll of paper toilets. 1 extra trash bag and the large trash can outside was full. The wifi consistently keep dropping out with only 1 TV in the whole house.

Love the location and club amenities, pool and pickleball.

Great kitchen with lots of dishes but very little cookware. A frying pan but no spatula. No peeler. No kettle. Need to specify type of coffee maker is Keurig, we could not use our coffee. BBQ was not for gas but charcoal. Bathroom door off the hinges and towel bars pulled off upon arrival. Thank you Vacasa for fixing. Several burned lights. Intermittent internet signal. Overall could have been great but many small glitches kept it from reaching full potential.

The house needs to be updated, outside entrance needs cleaned, spider webs everywhere, dining table was broken, a picture fell off wall and hit my son in thead while in bed, the pictures hanging string broke, furniture needs replaced, very old
