Zuri Luxe 2BR apartment- Silversands Beach Malindi

Trizah and her team provided an incredibly accommodating experience from the moment we arrived. By granting us early access to the grounds while the final cleaning was finished, they allowed us to enjoy the pool and beach immediately, a flexible gesture that set a stress-free tone for our entire stay. We were particularly impressed by the host’s proactive foresight; noticing we had two children, she switched the bed configuration to twins without us even asking. The property is exceptionally well-equipped and curated for comfort, featuring a brilliant welcome book with essential local contacts and tourist recommendations. From the reassurance of a first aid kit to the high-quality kitchenware and comfortable furnishings, the home felt truly complete. Additionally, the on-call housekeeper was remarkably efficient, providing a seamless experience and a professional laundry service. Between the excellent amenities and Trizah’s responsive communication and detailed invoicing, we felt perfectly taken care of.

Bad smells coming from toilet sometimes all day and you have to top up electricity yourself which isn’t mentioned on booking com . Also I saw quite a few bugs in the property, and the sofa smells like sweat

The location was perfect in relation to where we were having our meetings. I liked that the door locking system worked with a code and we didn't have to carry keys around. As a regular swimmer,I loved the 50m pool, it was amazing.

For the 1 bedroom I didn't like the bathroom setup whereby the shower water spilt on the toilet seat whilst you were showering. The rust on the shower amenities. There also some bottles with bath gel and other stuff. You could tell that they have been there for a while and were not really cleaned for the next guest. There are also other areas in the house that need a little bit of TLC in terms of dusting the apartment.
