The apartment is in great condition and has everything you may need to comfortably spend your time there, like a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, iron, etc. The location is very close to shops, bus stops of many bus lines, as well as tourist locations like the old town or beaches. The free parking spot is located behind a gate and can be secured, so that other people won't be able to park on it.
Due to a busy road in front of the apartment and airplanes preparing to land at the Nice's airport, you may hear some noise from them. Fortunately, though hearable, it's not that loud.
