Exquisite First-Floor Condo, 7 Min to Disney

The unit was a clean and good sized. The kitchen had plenty of cabinets, newer appliances and all the necessary dinnerware, silverware and other items. There were two good sized baths. The lanai had seating for four and was clean. There was a clubhouse with a large pool, a lazy river and kids water features. There was also a fitness center about a mile from our unit. It was small, but adequate. The management company representative, Vitor, was responsive and pleasant to work with. He did his best to handle our requests and to understand what to expect. He was, however, was limited due to the management company’s regulations regarding guests staying in the unit for longer than one week. Their procedures should be reviewed and changed to be similar to other properties where the rules are more guest friendly.

The sheets on the master bedroom were black and the top border was torn. We stayed two weeks and there was only one set of sheets and towels that was our responsibility to wash as they were not replaced. There were no instructions as to what was expected to be done or to anticipate what was needed to be done by us. The tv system had three remotes necessary to access programming. It was not easy to understand how to use it and no instructions were provided. It took a few days to figure it out. There was a community pool about 30 feet from the lanai on this first floor unit. It was the responsibility of the homeowners association. There was an inadequate number of lounges for all the guests who wanted to use them. Many guests had to us chairs or did not stay. There were additional lounges with ripped fabric and not useable. For some reason these lounges were piled together along one of the fence creating an unsightly lounge junkyard. The HOA obviously didn’t think providing enough lounges for owners or guests was inportant or that removing unusable lounges was necessary.

Lots of space - the location was perfect for us as well.

Not much- one of the showers was great but prefer a walk in shower over the bath/shower set up in the other bathroom but not an issue.
