This place is very stylish and nicely designed. Unfortunately the overall experience is very much a mixed bag. Positives Pretty. TV is a good size and Netflix included. All the basic amenities (a/c, fridge/freezer drawer, coffee machine and kettle). Jacuzzi! Owner is responsive. Cleaning service twice in a week. Bus lines nearby. Very authentic and non-touristy neighborhood, with a few cafes, bakeries and a small supermarket nearby. 13-15 min walk to train station, which is good for day trips to other towns.

Negatives No flexibility whatsoever around check-in, no possibility to store luggage. So if you arrive early, maybe better choose another place or plan for depositing luggage at a cost like we did. Place is fairly noisy, we frequently heard neighbors (voices, furniture being moved around, music, people in the entranceway). The boiler is also fairly loud. While the neighborhood is ’real’ it’s a little far (30 min) by foot from both the old town and the beach. We ended up using the buses to get around. The lack of natural light (the only window is blinded because it faces the entranceway) makes the place feel a bit bunker- like. ’Kitchen’ is only for drinks. There are no knives/cutlery/plates, so you can’t really prepare even a sandwich. Jacuzzi sounds nice and is fancy, but the water pressure in the building is low and it takes 90 (!) minutes to get water above the jet valves, and on both occasions we used it there was a smell of sewage in the apartment for about 15 min while filling the tub. Probably some plumbing issue. For those concerned with privacy, the owner has a camera installed at the front door (exterior) of the apartment.

Îmi pare rău că nu pot să ofer o notă mai mare decât 10.Totull a fost la superlativ, apartament modern, curat, utilat, aproape de zona centrală, parcare gratuită aproape de imobil( lângă parcare este un bar cu produse de patiserie proaspete și foarte bune). Proprietarul este extraordinar, ne-a ajutat foarte mult cu închirierea mașinii pentru că nu mai găseam nicio mașină disponibilă. Cu siguranță vom reveni, a fost una dintre cele mai frumoase cazări, am am avut o experiență minunată.

Stanza carina, accessoriata, utile e ben posizionata.
