Ubytovanie účel splnilo, bolo tam ticho, takže lokalita super. K dispozícii je káva, sprchac, mydlo, uteráky. Taktiež v chladničke sú nejaké nápoje, ktoré si môžete zakúpiť. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola výborná. Určite odporučam. Rýchly check-in. A rýchly prístup k ubytovaniu. Dostanete kód, ktorý budete používať celý pobyt. Ubytovanie ma klimatizáciu.

Na ubytovaní boli drobné chyby, ktoré však v konečnom dôsledku vôbec nevadilo. Tešili sme sa aj na vírivku, keďže pri objednávke na fotke bola, ale nevadí. Taktiež sme si myslela že budeme mať 2 manželské postele, pričom bola jedna posteľ a jeden rozložený gauč, avšak ten gauc mal príjemný madrac.

This place is very stylish and nicely designed. Unfortunately the overall experience is very much a mixed bag. Positives Pretty. TV is a good size and Netflix included. All the basic amenities (a/c, fridge/freezer drawer, coffee machine and kettle). Jacuzzi! Owner is responsive. Cleaning service twice in a week. Bus lines nearby. Very authentic and non-touristy neighborhood, with a few cafes, bakeries and a small supermarket nearby. 13-15 min walk to train station, which is good for day trips to other towns.

Negatives No flexibility whatsoever around check-in, no possibility to store luggage. So if you arrive early, maybe better choose another place or plan for depositing luggage at a cost like we did. Place is fairly noisy, we frequently heard neighbors (voices, furniture being moved around, music, people in the entranceway). The boiler is also fairly loud. While the neighborhood is ’real’ it’s a little far (30 min) by foot from both the old town and the beach. We ended up using the buses to get around. The lack of natural light (the only window is blinded because it faces the entranceway) makes the place feel a bit bunker- like. ’Kitchen’ is only for drinks. There are no knives/cutlery/plates, so you can’t really prepare even a sandwich. Jacuzzi sounds nice and is fancy, but the water pressure in the building is low and it takes 90 (!) minutes to get water above the jet valves, and on both occasions we used it there was a smell of sewage in the apartment for about 15 min while filling the tub. Probably some plumbing issue. For those concerned with privacy, the owner has a camera installed at the front door (exterior) of the apartment.
