I stayed in the apartment for more than 2 weeks. Though it fulfilled the basic needs, feel short on several aspects. Following are the ones that went well 1. The Apartment - very spacious 2BHK apartment with comfortable mattress 2. Kitchen had a gas stove, induction hot plate and a fridge 3. 2 Bathrooms equipped with geysers 4. Daily cleaning (toilets excluded) 5. RO water 6.. Location - A stone's throw away from restaurants and market 7. They stored our luggage for 3 days while we were out of Bangalore 8. Owner is reachable on WhatsApp

1. The upkeep - a lot of opportunities. The caretaker is not professional 2. Toilets - Not clean with stains on the tiles. Spent Money to get them properly cleaned. Property's cleaning schedule is once a week which is inadequate 3. Limited utensils in the kitchen except the sets of tea cups, dinner plates and bowls 4. Though mentioned, there's no safe deposit box available. There are lockable drawers but not provided to use 5. Bed linens were changed only once a week 6. Pillows were old and off bad quality In summary, this property (total 7 apartments) can achieve much higher satisfaction rating if the upkeep is managed professionally. It needs a better caretaker and proper oversight by the owner

This property feels like a house with spacious area for room, dining and other amenties.

There's no proper dining table, one tea table is there, it would've be good if you provide one. The wifi is bit unstable.

Great support, prompt, responsive, immediate. Peaceful residential area. Good amenities inside the apartment.

Neat and Clean Flat. Caretaker was friendly and helpful. All the facilities provided were in good working condition.
