Due to location a car is almost essential as it is in vast majority of the rental houses in Orihuela Costa. But house location is in close walking distance (5-10 min) to La Zenia Boulevard (Shopping mall) so you can manage w/o car as well depending on your needs. Walking (finding possible routes) in Orihuela Costa can be tricky since most of the housing areas are blocked w/o possibility to walk through them (so you may end up in cue de sac and need to return).
House itself is beautiful, newly renovated and has lovely decorations and good kitchen appliances. And it is located in a quiet, fenced area.
Generally we were very pleased but if anything can be better, beds could be bit wider (but thats very personal thing).
