Bien situé, près de la gare et des arrêts de bus pour découvrir la région. Logement propre à l'arrivée (pas de ménage pendant le séjour). Bien outillé. Tous les appareils étaient fonctionnels. Le lave-vaisselle et la laveuse, un vrai plus pour des séjours plus longs. Les casiers pour les skis sont très appréciés. Tout est bien organisé pour l'arrivée et pour le départ (instructions complètes et très claires fournies d'avance). Les cartes d'hôtes pour le train devraient être dans le logement, pas au bureau - pour les personnes qui arrivent en dehors des heures d'ouverture du bureau. Belle vue sur la montagne.

La configuration du logement le rend inapproprié pour un plus grand groupe. On l'a réservé car c'était présenté comme un "deux chambres" - au fait, c'est une seule chambre fermée à l'étage et la deuxième "chambre" est un passage pour accéder à la vraie chambre et à la salle de bain. Extrêmement mal isolé, le chauffage est fourni par des chaufferettes électriques insuffisantes.

We had a fab time in Chamonix, thanks heaps for the comfy stay! The flat had all we needed, it was cosy and clean, the hosts had thought of everything! I really can´t understand the negative reviews - the place was clean, accommodated all our needs, couldn´t be better located, etc. Everything was great. True, the building is old but that has nothing to do with the hosts who were kind and helpful - and honestly, also has nothing to do with the flat itself. The views from both the living room and bedroom is to die for, the flat is furnished with style and a feeling for detail. I felt claustrophobic in the elevetor (perhaps the main reason for any negative reviews on here) so took the stairs. Otherwise: all was excellent, would book any time again!
