A localização é ótima, mercado próximo. A Guarda do Embaú fica bem próximo, dava menos de 10 minutos de carro.
O endereço não existe para uber e entregas, então não tinha como pedir ifood e o uber não chegava até a casa ficamos perdidos uma vez por isso.
