Pieve Aldina - Relais & Châteaux

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen hat alles unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Ruhe und dasss man fast nichts vom Betrieb mitbekommt. Alles läuft sehr ruhig ab und wenn man Jemnaden vom Personal benötigt ist sofort jemand zur Stelle. Genau so stellt an sich ein entspanntes Wochenende vor!

De notre arrivée jusqu’à la fin du séjour, tout était parfait. Le personnel était adorable, aux petits soins du début à la fin, vraiment rien à dire. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Étant enceinte, j’ai été touchée par l’immense bienveillance de toute l’équipe envers moi, ils faisaient attention à chaque détail. La propreté était impeccable, la cuisine du chef exceptionnelle, le maître d’hôtel et les serveurs adorables, les réceptionnistes également… tout le personnel était absolument incroyable. Je recommande cet endroit à 1000 % et nous espérons déjà revenir très vite !

This place is truly exceptional. The location is absolutely stunning, the property itself is like from a dream, the staff is wonderful and also the restaurant is exquisity. It’s the perfect romantic getaway. I can’t wait to be back.

The location is great in terms of distance to both the Chianti area as well as Florence and other attractions. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was very varied and very good.

The pictures for each room category are slightly misleading. We ordered a suite because there was a bathtub on these. However it looks like only the double rooms have these - a category which is usually inferior but in this case more expensive. A little confusing, although the staff was accommodating and we are grateful for it. The only negative note - overall the rooms are at a price point where you would expect a more premium design (like doors on closets) and better amenities (like a larger spa). Definitely not a very good price point/ quality ratio considering everything else available nearby in Chianti and this area of Tuscany.
