The apartment has a fantastic location, near the beach, and the view is magnificent. The owner is very friendly and responsive and the price-quality ratio is great. The apartment has everything you need - air conditioner, fridge, wardrobe, and a balcony to drink your coffee. I will definitely stay at this location another time.
As great as this place is, there are certain drawbacks. First the parking space is not well defined, and it is really difficult to park your car there. There is also what to demand from the bathroom and the toilet.

very close to the beach, amazing view from balcony, big enough livingroom.
the bathroom was awful, the shower curtain was dirty, hanged too low and hanging in the shower, the bathroom was tiny with no places to hang your clothes, towel, swim suit and so on. There is AC only in the living room, so if you need it in the bedroom you have to keep the door open. The place looks old and run down, the building itself looks unfinished. The AC drains outside your entrance door, where it ends up in a puddle.
