This is the most beautiful and well-maintained house on the beachfront of Cleopatra Beach. You won't find anything better in Alanya.

Appartamento meraviglioso proprio sulla spiaggia di Cleopatra. La posizione è davvero perfetta: il mare è a pochi passi. Nello stesso edificio c’è un ristorante ottimo e molto gustoso, e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano decine di ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. Accanto alla residenza c’è anche un grande parco per bambini e una splendida passeggiata sul lungomare, ideale per fare lunghe camminate. L’appartamento è semplicemente perfetto: molto spazioso, estremamente pulito e moderno. La residenza dispone anche di una palestra e di due piscine. Un piacevole bonus è stata la sauna! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e torneremo sicuramente.

Exceptional location, truly hard to beat. The residential complex is situated right on the first coastline, just steps from the beach. Cleopatra Beach is rightfully considered the cleanest and most beautiful in the area. The cable car, museum, and aquapark (closed in winter, but a great bonus in summer) are all within walking distance. In front of the residence there are sports and children’s playgrounds, tennis courts, and padel courts. As for cafés and restaurants there are countless options nearby. In my opinion, this is the best possible area to stay. The surroundings are mostly hotels, so finding such an apartment here feels like a real gem. The apartment itself is wonderful. Very clean, with modern furniture and appliances throughout. The beds are extremely comfortable. The spacious balcony with cozy outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing. Victoria is an outstanding host. Any questions were resolved immediately, and she shared excellent city recommendations, better than any guidebook. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. This was one of our first and definitely one of our best experiences on Booking. Thank you very much for everything! We really hope to return soon!
