The flat was very easy to find and access thanks to very clear directions, instructions and explanations. It was clean when we arrived, comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. It was even equipped with a washing machine which was great bonus for us as we were traveling rather than spending a short holiday throughout the islands. We had a little issue with the stove on the first day so I WhatsApped Paula for help, and she instantly answered and her reaction was amazing. I appreciated very much the attention, help and positive responses to all our questions. In the end, the mistake was ours and it was all sorted in a matter of seconds. We also loved that the flat was located in a condominium facing the sea, on the heights and outskirts of Taroconte. The place is really quiet, safe, beautiful and the views from the terrace, the gardens or even the swimming pool are absolutely gorgeous. Because the Teide was always hidden by the clouds, it took us 7 days to even realise we had a view on it. 😂

Not that I didn't like it, I found it really weird that the shower room was right in the middle of the flat. It separates the living room from the bedroom, and it's completely see-through. I totally saw it on the photos from Booking.com, there was no hidden trick! It does show on the photos, but I guess I hadn't realized it meant! It was super fine cause we're a couple, but I guess it's a definite no-go for friends. I just really wondered why no specific adhesive sticker or a white sheer curtain would not have been installed to protect one's intimacy. Once again it's not horrible it's a tad unsettling the first minutes

Lovely stay - clean, comfortable, and good location (if you have a car). The host was very kind and responsive. They right away solved all our problems. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend!

Lo que más me gustó fue su ubicación, un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse, además era un sitio bastante bonito

La cama era pésima, es lo peor del alojamiento, hemos pasado noches horribles sin poder dormir bien, puesto que la cama tiene un hundimiento justo en el centro horrible, además las almohadas son muy incómodas también
