Gut organisiert. Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet (teils neu). Küche ist aufgeräumt und sortiert. Die Ferienwohnungen liegen nahe dem neuem Fahrradweg, Kostenlose Parkplätze. Gute Luft. Wohnung ist im Allgemeinen sauber. Sind die Fenster geschlossen, hört man den Straßenverkehr kaum. Warmwasser sofort da.
Wohnungsboden uneben. Im Bad keine Fliesen am Boden (sondern Kork). Man hört die Schritte von den Bewohnern über der Wohnung (1,2). Das Ambiente im Innenhof hat mir gar nicht gefallen (z.B.: Lichtschlauch, Holzlatten). Das Bettzeug ist nahe am Verfallsdatum.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eigentlich echt gemütlich. Auch mein Hund war herzlich willkommen.
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. In der Wohnung über mir war sehr viel los und ich konnte es extrem hören. Als würde derjenige durch meine Ferienwohnung laufen. Zusätzlich lief hier nachts um 23:30 und früh zu um 5 Uhr irgendeine Waschmaschine im Haus die einen wachgehalten hat durch die hellhörigkeit.
