Viborilla Apartment Malaga

Flat is in the 1st floor and next to the entrance to the building and all windows to the steer but it was quiet. We had everything we need to spend 2 nights. Nespresso coffee machine. No problem with free street parking, had not used private parking that is included. Big supermarket 3mins away. Small swimming pools was nice and clean for the kids.

The most complicated checking procedure i ever had in many years and many bookings in various countries. They tried to automate things but made it over engineered. Prepare to spend 30-60min filling multiple forms and sending photos of passports. At the end we had to ask for keylock pin by live person. I ran out of mobile data and it was expensive to send photos... Cheap old scratched teflon pan is begging for replacement. A bunch of keys like 6-8 keys total. The Playa la Viborilla beach is close but the nearest one was with waste water outlet and was smelly and dirty so had to go to the next beach after nudis - Playa de la Yuca.

No había cortina en la bañera y el sofá, que era cama también, no estaba perfectamente limpio, aunque las sábanas y toallas si lo estaban.

Very clean spacious apartment with excellent amenities including a well sized terrace and parking bay in an enclosed garage. Very well located with a supermarket two minutes up the road and good restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. Bed and shower both excellent which is half the battle. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. All in all a really positive experience.

Расположение замечательное. Номер большой и чистый.

В номере сломалась дверь в санузел и перестала открываться. Мы неоднократно обращались в службу поддержки на протяжении 5 часов. Но приехали ремонтировать дверь только после настоятельной просьбы вернуть деньги за день проживания в номере практически без туалета. Также было сломано кресло на балконе. Никто его так и не отремонтировал и не заменил, пока мы там проживали. При обращении отвечают быстро, но пишут, что приедут как только смогут. Или не соблюдают оговоренные часы и приезжают на несколько часов позже. Это очень испортило впечатление от отдыха.
