The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great design. The location was excellent and very convenient. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was — the one issue we had with hot water was resolved immediately within minutes.

There were a few minor points that could be improved. The apartment is located in a small passage leading to a parking area, and the lights remain on during the night, so the room does not get completely dark. Also, the sound insulation is not very strong, especially from the main metal entrance door, so noise from passing cars can be heard. Additionally, the mattress could be improved, as it felt slightly short for the bed. These are small details, but addressing them would make the stay even better.

The owner has made a good job of turning a parking space to a living accommodation. It was comfortable & a convenient location (once you manage to find it) and most places were accessible on foot. Prompt communications. We enjoyed staying there.

THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM BUT HELP FOR OTHER TRAVELLERS It was difficult to locate the accommodation as it was in a hotel car park. We passed the entrance several times but thought it was a car park so didn't enter. However, finally we decided to go into the car park & found it. The only thing lacking was instructions as to exactly where the accommodation is located, how to use the induction hob (we messaged the owner & her brother came to show us), washing machine (considering the dials were in Georgian), how to dispose of rubbish.

The style and that it was near the freedom square

The property was practically located in a parking area, so there was constant noise from cars and people passing by every 2 minutes. There was no sound insulation at all — we could hear everything from outside. On top of that, there were renovations happening in a neighboring apartment, and the construction noise in the early morning was very disturbing. There was no key lockbox or proper instructions for the keys — we spent about 30 minutes trying to find them upon arrival. After our stay, we left the keys approximately in the same spot, but the owner claimed they couldn’t find them. Also, there was a big spider in the room, which was quite unpleasant.
