Spacious,all facilities available including washing machine and dryer, tea and coffee machine. Close to everything but quiet at night. Beautiful ambience and tastefully decorated! Best stay for us in Portugal!

This is a stunning property and a unique respite. Incredibly clean, beautifully laid out with excellent amenities. Plenty of space and tables both inside and on the lovely outdoor porch. Our host is very responsive and clear directions are sent in advance (including a video) showing the location, entry and how to use the keypad system. It removed any guesswork or concern of finding the property itself. I especially appreciated the fine details here with automatic lighting on the stairs as it became darker later in the day, sensor lights in hallways, secure keypad entry and all of the thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and throughout. This beautiful property is a true gem!

The (co-)owner texted us a few hours before arrival with clear (English) instructions on how to get checked in. A very nice gesture. Also always available to ask questions. There's a nice communal kitchen with oven/microwave/plates & cutlery...
The location is also right at the center of a lot of cafés and restaurants, very convenient.
The bed or bedframe made quite some noise when moving. We sleep with earplugs, but still got woken some nights when the other turned in their sleep.

It was beautiful spacious and clean
The road outside our window was a bit loud, filled with Christmas music and bright lights all night.
