Hotel je v centru, takže je všechno velmi dobře dostupné. Skvělé byly velmi bohaté snídaně. V hotelu je ve 14 patře společná místnost pro trávení volného času a snídaňová jídelna, takže je krásný výhled.
Třetí postel je ve třílůžkovém pokoji opravdu velmi nepohodlná a tvrdá. Navíc při pobytu 3 osob prakticky není kam dát v pokoji zavazadla a věci, pro 3 osoby je pokoj extrémně malý. Při našem pobytu jsme byli zklamaní z kvality úklidu, koupelna nebyla zrovna dobře uklizená a ve prchovém koutě se objevovala plíseň.

По мне самый лучший отель дизайнерский. Оч круто сделан верхний этаж для работы и отдыха. Мегаклиентоориентированные менеджеры. Огромная благодарность менеджеру Anne за решение вопроса.

白天班的員工都很nice，BUT
晚班員工全部都要打掉重練，服務態度不佳，入住手續辦理奇慢無比⋯⋯看到我們有行李也不會來接，站在原地乾看我們，入住時房間有嚴重煙味還安排給我，明明可以安排鄰近房，有提這個要求也沒做到，又不是很慢才訂或是客滿，整體很糟，訂了兩間房，一間有菸味，一間浴室水管堵塞搞的整個廁所淹水，這種房況也在賣⋯⋯
