Fajne miejsce z miłym personelem, smacznymi śniadaniami (w formie bufetu, podawanymi w dogodnych godzinach) i dużą przestrzenią wokół. Pokoje urządzone w dość prostym stylu, ale mają to co potrzebne: wygodne łóżka, szafę, nocne stoliki z lampkami, biurko. Na korytarzach piękne zdjęcia z Roztocza. Jest ogólnodostępna lodówka dla gości.
Dla osób z lekkim snem problemem mogą być przejeżdżające obok pociągi, które robią spory hałas.

Personel i czystość o.k. Klimatyzacja o.k. Jest garaż na rowery.
Na śniadanie trzeba iść o 8 rano bo personel nie ma zwyczaju uzupełniania brakujących potraw. Kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Łóżka tragiczne. Najtańsze materace na gołych dechach a nie na stelażu. Masakra. Jak za PRL.
