Everything, so clean and tidy. Well decorated and had everything you could possibly need and extras.
Stairs are steep, but that can not be helped.

The property was comfortable and spacious for my family. It was in a great location to shops and only a short walk to the Metro station.

originally was going to get family room at premier inn, as we was there for 3 nights visiting family, it worked out better being able to have a bigger living space for when our 19 month old needed sleep rather than just 1 large room (either mid day nap or bedtime). everything we needed was at the property. 5 mins drive from where i needed to be and shops and sea front. flat has everything and more (kitchen utensils etc) to make a stay away from home comfortable. would stay again
although in a built up area property was towards the quiet end of a busy neighborhood (plenty of parking room) , but the property price reflected this adequately vs other property closer to beach end/open areas in south shields (but really didn't affect our stay in anyway just trying to write best honest review i can)
