Waoooo, such a great place !! REAL fully equipped kitchen, perfect cleanliness, well maintained, fresh towels and linens, very friendly and responsive host, perfect location, close to nice restaurants, transports and everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and great sleep quality. Modern and well equipment, excellent value, great price for the quality. Of course the welcome gifts exceeded our expectations

Staying at Nico’s apartment in Paris was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nico is a truly exceptional host—attentive, thoughtful, and kind, with an eye for every detail. The apartment itself is a rare find: just as beautiful as the photos, and even more charming in person. We visited during a hot spell in June, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The kitchen is impressively stocked, not only with all the essentials for cooking including pots, pans, glasses and cutlery, but also an incredible variety of herbs, spices, coffee pods, wine, and teas. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with extremely comfortable beds and high-quality towels. The location is ideal, with several metro stations just a short walk away. Nico’s check-in instructions were clear and thorough, the key pick-up with straight-forward, and he remained in touch throughout our stay in the most thoughtful way. The extra touches—chocolates, caramels, and having one of his colleagues deliver pastry from a special vegan bakery—made our stay unforgettable. I would return in a heartbeat.

We honestly loved everything about this appartment. Nico is a super host. The appartment was like clean and spacious and very well equipped. I highly recommend this place.
