Vila este spațioasă, curată, camerele sunt măricele, bucătăria este plină de toate ustensilele și aparatele de gătit de care ai putea avea nevoie (inclusiv tacâmuri farfurii oale pahare) iar livingul este mult mai mare decât pare in poze. Zona de grătar este de nota 10. Curtea este foarte foarte mare și este dotată cu camere de luat vederi atât în față, unde e parcarea, cât și în spate, unde e zona de grătar și ciubăr.
