L'appartamento fa parte di un residence non rumoroso. Ampio appartamento con cucina e salotto in un'unica grande stanza. Presenza di divano letto, di un letto matrimoniale e un sofà. Disponibile anche un lettino per bimbi. Nel salotto c'è una TV con dolby sourround. Nella camera matrimoniale e nel salotto ci sono due splitter aria condizionata. Ottimo Wifi. Presenza di posto auto riservato all'appartamento. Disponibile stendino e ferro con tavola da stiro. L'appartamento potrebbe risultare scomodo ai servizi se non si è automuniti (per fortuna ero in possesso di automobile)
Il bagno (stanza molto utilizzata nella vita quotidiana e pertanto soggetta a maggior usura) dovrebbe essere revisionato. Fatto presente alla proprietaria l'assenza della lavatrice, presente però nella descrizione dell'appartamento.
